Terms of Service

PAYMENT
♦ Payment through Wise (preferred - you will get discount) and Paypal only.
♦ I start the commission after receiving the complete payment.
You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, let me know!REFUND POLICY
♦ For Art Commissions, no refund if you already confirm the sketch. If you cancel your commissions before confirming the sketch, I will refund you 70%.
♦ For Live2D Rigging commissions, no refund if the commission is at Physics phase. If you cancel your commissions when head XY and/or body XY is done, I will refund you 40%.
♦ If you cancel your commission when no work has been done yet, I will refund you 90%.
♦ If I cannot complete it due to grave reasons such as hospitalization, I will refund you 100%.CANCELLATION & POSTPONE
♦ If I don’t receive any response from you, or can't find your account, I will put your reservation on pending for a maximum of 7 days before the reservation is canceled by me.
Please let me know if you change your username.
♦ If you need to delay your commission, please DM me and I'll put it on pending for maximum of 14 days.COMMERCIAL USES
♦ TIER 1 Commercial fee is already included in the prices (you may use it for streaming/videos, etc.)
For TIER 2 Commercial use (you may use it to produce merchandies for sale, etc.), you will have to pay 1.5x price.

*NOTE:
- This is the base price for the simplest character designs. Cost may raise up depending on the details.
- I am only creating the model art, you must provide the complete visual reference of the character you want.
If you only have idea references, not a complete design, please DM me to discuss about it.
- Halfbody models **do not *include hands.
- Facestyle and body type of normal models will be drawn based on your preference.
- It'd take me about 2~4 weeks to finish a model art. I do not accept rushed commissions.
